Mooncrème® 25vol Crème Developer

• In a stainless steel bowl, combine Moonlights® Kaolin Based Foil Lightener and Mooncréme® 25 vol developer at a 1:1 ratio by volume.
• Using a whisk, mix the products together until fully combined.
• The consistency should be similar to sour cream.
